1.  WSIB Clearance Certificate for your Company

2.  Certificate of Insurance - (Listing Rainbow International Carpet Care & Restoration of North York as additional insured)

3.  WHMIS Certificates for each employee.  If you do not have these certificates you can do the course on-line at WHMISdirect.ca

4.  Your Company's Safety policy to ensure stop work when an unexpected event occurs (presence of Asbestos, Mould, etc...)

5.  Please list and forward copies of any licenses and/or continuing education certificates that your employees hold

6.  Your Company's  Health and Safety Plan
