Our goal is to build a database of Property Managers, Building Staff, Adjusters, Borkers, Board Members, Estimators and Contractor and more, who are authorized for working in a Condominium Community. Creating a network of people that all agree to one system, the Condominium Advance Restoration and Emergency System [C.A.R.E.S.]. Rules and expectations are clearly set out in advance.
By registering for Emergency Services in Advance, this allows Rainbow International of North York to add an unlimited number of Contacts to a customer profile. An account/Company and Job can also have an unlimited number of secondary contacts keeping track of everyone involved in the job or all employees of the Company. This web-based management system can track all activities that individuals make.
The registration could include all authorized preferred vendors in advance for the Company or Customer. Once a Management Company has entered all thier contractor information, a Preferred Vendor List can be printed and emailed for your files. If requested, we could have on file current insurance information for the Corporation and any rules, schedules or by-laws that may alter insurance responsibilities.
Also, by attaching a copy of the declaration, description, schedules, by-laws, insurance certificate, as built finishes, rules etc... transparency can be achieved when a claim is filed.
Attach to an E-mail the RULES OF THE CORPORATION, DECLARATIONS, BY-LAWS, INSURANCE CERTIFICATES WE WILL ATTACH THEM TO YOUR FILE IN OUR SYSTEM
One of the most important aspects of this system is that it works in conjunction with the C.A.R.E.S. Forms, which can be customized prior to an emergency, authorizing the contractor to start work immediately. These files are saved in the Customer module, available at the time of the flood for the technicians to start work and save time, money, your environment and stress.
