Knoxville, TN - Insurance agents learned about ethics in the business life of an insurance professional during continuing education (CE) training by Rainbow International of Knoxville, owned by Keith DeLong, Jonas Rice and Phillip McAlister last week. CE class credits are required every two years for agents to keep their licenses.
More than 20 people attended the class, which was taught by Michael Schillaci, System Sales Manager.
“Our presentation is designed to teach attendees about Rainbow International’s Code of Values including respect, integrity and having fun in the process, so they will use these principles in their daily lives and guide policyholders to cleaning and restoration shops that have the same beliefs,” Schillaci said.
Schillaci explained why restoration technicians should follow Rainbow International’s Code of Values to ensure dependable cleaning and restoration services.
