Last week, over two hundred Rainbow International franchise owners, their families, team members and business associates descended upon Indianapolis, Indiana for the 30th annual Dwyer Group Reunion.
Reunion brings all concepts of The Dwyer Group together annually for updates, inspirational speakers, informative business-specific classes and, most importantly, fellowship amongst the thousands of gifted and dedicated individuals that own and operate their own franchise.
Our theme this year was Customer’s First, signifying the importance we place on customer satisfaction and loyalty. This reunion featured keynote speaker Fred Reichheld, author of The Ultimate Question, which helps companies achieve results through customer and employee loyalty.
