Rainbow International comes together for Annual Reunion

Last week, over two hundred Rainbow International franchise owners, their families, team members and business associates descended upon Indianapolis, Indiana for the 30th annual Dwyer Group Reunion.

Reunion brings all concepts of The Dwyer Group together annually for updates, inspirational speakers, informative business-specific classes and, most importantly, fellowship amongst the thousands of gifted and dedicated individuals that own and operate their own franchise.

Our theme this year was Customer’s First, signifying the importance we place on customer satisfaction and loyalty. This reunion featured keynote speaker Fred Reichheld, author of The Ultimate Question, which helps companies achieve results through customer and employee loyalty.

Rainbow International Hosts IICRC ASD Training Class

Rainbow International is excited to host an IICRC certification course this week.

Nineteen franchise owners and service professionals are enrolled in the IICRC ASD training class (Advanced Structural Drying).

ASD is a three-day, 21-hour course that teaches effective, efficient and timely drying of water-damaged structures and contents. The IICRC ASD training class uses comprehensive classroom and hands-on training to facilitate appropriate decision-making within a restorative drying environment

These individuals represent 14 United States and Canadian Rainbow International locations across eight (8) states and one province in the rapidly growing Rainbow International network of water, fire, smoke and mold damage cleanup and restoration professionals.

States/provinces represented include Texas, North Carolina, Arizona, California, Indiana, Colorado, Massachusetts, Pennsylvania and Ontario.

Rainbow International is a strong proponent of continuing education for our growing network of water, fire, smoke and mold damage cleanup and restoration professionals. Classes are offered regularly throughout the year to help ensure knowledge of and adherence to new laws regulating the restoration industry. These classes also share best practice information on new technology, processes and procedures.
